Curator's Choice Exhibition

The Curator’s Choice exhibition is a group show of artists selected by a panel of 23 professional artists, 2025 NMU Fine Art Honours Students, and members of the art community. This selection takes place at the Same Size Same Price No Signature Exhibition (open call) from the previous year where all participants are considered for selection.

Chosen for their individual techniques and visions, these artists form a diverse group ranging from seasoned individuals with established portfolios to emerging talents embarking on their artistic journeys. The artists will each show a minimum of 5 works where viewers will have the chance to gain insights into their creative processes and their narratives. The exhibition comprises of two- and three-dimensional artworks that explore spaces, places, social commentary, and the nuances of our shared humanity, and to a degree reflect on our country and the lives of people in it.
